Why would I want to print an addendum?

To keep the lesson teachable.
I can no longer obtain the materials called for in the lesson because they are out of print or circulation. I need the lesson to contain an option for use of a replacement material.

To keep the lesson accurate.
There is a correction of the information contained in the lesson, such as updated statistics or elimination of old information and I want to keep the content as up to date as possible.

CRITICAL Addenda
Occasionally, an addendum is issued that is considered critical to replace.

If you seek an addendum that is not included here, please contact us by e-mail at emc@cmich.edu or phone the EMC at

Publication dates of the Michigan Model for Health and the Michigan Model for Comprehensive School Health Education

Not sure if you have the most recent edition of a given teacher manual? The chart below will help you with that. On the reverse side of the title page of your manual copy you should find a copyright date. Compare that date with the chart below to determine if there have been changes since your edition was published. If so, choose the grade level from the chart above to download relevant addenda, order a replacement copy online, or download the order form to purchase a new edition by mail or fax.

Edition years followed by an asterisk (*) have no addenda issued.
