Price lists and order forms included on this page are for Non-Michigan customers only.  Because of the major investment by Michigan departments in the development of the Michigan Model for Health^®, the Educational Materials Center made the commitment to discount prices to Michigan customers, hence the need for separate pricing structures.

Our Michigan Model for Health^® price lists are offered in Excel spreadsheets that will automatically calculate totals for you.  They can be a great tool when you're working within a budget to project costs as you compile your order.  Spreadsheets are offered in two different formats.  Sheet 1 lists all products for a given grade alphabetically.  Sheet 2 lists them by the phase in which they are used.  Both sheets include the phase and lesson(s) where the materials are used.
