Tobacco Grades 9-12

“Teens Campaign Against Tobacco”

The goals of this module are that students will:

  • Understand the health benefits of abstaining
    from tobacco use.
  • Apply their knowledge of tobacco in preparing
    a campaign to reduce or eliminate tobacco use
    among their peers, at youth activities and in the
    community.
  • Utilize the skills needed to abstain from tobacco
    use and encourage others to abstain.
  • Utilize the skills needed to quit using tobacco
    and encourage others to quit.
