The EMC understands the necessity of the committee review process, in approving HIV and sexuality curriculum. To assist local committees in this effort, we have developed a special "Review Process" for this module. This is different from our standard Preview Policy* which may also be used to review this piece.

The Review Master
A special review master has been produced. It does a contain a watermark, but not so strong that it reduces readability of the curriculum. This review master will be made available to requesting school districts and/or intermediate school districts for a period of 10 days. Along with the master will come a personalized letter of copyright release allowing a predetermined number of copies to be reproduced. This will be a limited release and will require the agreement to destroy all copies made once the selection process has been completed.

Obtaining the Review Master
To order a review master requires the completion of the request form and a signed copy mailed or faxed to the contact information provided on the form.

Review Master Cost
There is a $20 fee for this review master process. This covers the cost of shipping and handling to get the review master to the requesting school district, as well as the shipping costs to return it to the EMC. With the shipment of the master, will come a prepaid return shipment label for ease in handling once the copies have been made.
