Grades K-12

The Michigan Model for Comprehensive School Health Education® for Kindergarten through Sixth Grade is divided into six phases at every grade level.  Throughout the curriculum, physical activity is encouraged as a positive health habit and one that can prevent disease and promote good health for a lifetime. To view a complete list of the learning objectives in the phase with strongest emphasis on physical activity and other healthy habits, select the grade level below. 

The Michigan Model for Comprehensive School Health Education® for grades 7-12 is published in modular form.  There is a module for grades 7-8 and another for grades 9-12.  To view a complete list of the goals of these modules, select the title below.
