How These Spreadsheets Work

When you select a grade level from the list above, you will download a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.  By saving the spreadsheet to your computer you can complete the order and automatically calculate totals including estimated shipping and handling. We suggest you return to this page and download the most current form each time you need to place an order.  This will insure that you have the most up to the minute pricing.

Please note that the spreadsheet has two sheets in one.  They are layered and viewed by selecting the tabs at the bottom of the window.  The first layer is organized alphabetically by grade.  Layer two is organized by phase and then alphabetically within each phase.  This is intended to work with your phase box inventory process as well as select only the products used in a particular phase.

Please try out both.  You will notice that when you type in an amount in the Order Qty column, the sheet automatically multiplies that quantity by the unit price and posts the amount to the line, and the total at the bottom of the section and/or column.

The Rec Min column shows the quantity per classroom recommended on the Minimum Recommended Materials List.  Items with an R in that column are on the Realia list which you may or may not provide in your phase boxes.  Items with an asterisk (*) appear more than once on the list to provide for use in multiple phases.  You only need to order one per set.  When you are offered a choice of two or more items the quantity will be followed by a double asterisk (**).

NOTES:
