Formula for Materials Sets

To assist you in determining how many of what materials you will need and calculating an estimated price for these materials, we have developed a simple spread sheet.  To complete this spread sheet, it will be helpful if you know:

• How many buildings will be implementing the curriculum
• For what grade levels you will be purchasing materials
• How many teachers in each building at each grade level
• If you can access transportation services such as media center delivery and pick up services to move your materials from building to building.

Once you have this basic information, proceed to the calculator to estimate your costs. An Excel spread sheet will be downloaded to your desk top. If you are unable to access this spread sheet electronically, e-mail us or phone 1-800-214-8961 and we will fax you a work sheet. NOTE: This is for budget purposes only.
