Lesson Title: Name That Feeling!    (35 minutes)
Learning Objective(s)

I-13. Students will list a variety of feelings and classify them into four groups: happy, upset, surprised, and calm.

I-14. Students will predict how someone might feel in different situations.

I-15. Students will summarize the reasons why it is important to identify feelings.

Preparation
  • Gather the needed materials.
  • Review Teacher Reference.
  • Post the Feeling Face Posters
  • Duplicate the Family Resource Sheet; one per student, or use the student workbook.
