Lesson Title: Feelings -- A Basic Ingredient for All People   (30 minutes)
Learning Objective(s)

I-11. Students will predict how someone might feel in different situations.

I-12. Students will describe how to identify feelings in self and others.

I-13. Students will explain how feelings change.

I-14. Students will describe how situations may elicit mixed feelings.

Preparation
  • Gather the needed materials.
  • Decide how you will have your students form pairs for Activity 2.
  • Duplicate the Student Worksheet, Identifying How I Feel and How Other People Might Feel; one per each pair of students or use the student workbook.
  • Laminate and assemble the Emote-a-Meter if it is not prepared in your box of materials.
