The R.E.A.D.Y. program has once again begun a free distribution to Michigan's most at risk families.  It has also become part of Governor Jennifer Granholm's Project Great Start.  To learn more about the current R.E.A.D.Y. program as a Great Start effort, click on the R.E.A.D.Y. logo.

With a limited supply of materials remaining and the renewed support of corporate sponsors, the R.E.A.D.Y. Kit continues to be available free to Medicaid-eligible families in Michigan as allocated by county.

More information on
how and where to
receive a kit will be
posted to this web
site once the
distribution network
has been finalized.

Parents of infants (age 0-1) who qualify for, but do not necessarily receive, Medicaid assistance may receive the new R.E.A.D.Y. Infant kit free. Distribution of these new kits will take place through programs offering services to low income families who will help parents understand the importance of a child's first years and familiarize families with the kit contents and how to use them.

Families who do not qualify for free kits or organizations who would like to provide kits to those who do not qualify, may purchase R.E.A.D.Y. products on-line or by using a printable order form.
