Governor Granholm Annouces R.E.A.D.Y. as Part of Project Great Start
Great Start, Great Finish was the theme of the Governor's Education Summit held in Lansing, Michigan on September 30, 2003.  In her remarks, Governor Jennifer Granholm announced the new enhanced R.E.A.D.Y. Kit along with other new initiatives covered by the Great Start umbrella.
