The Michigan Model for Health® began its most recent major revision in 2006. The prices lists listed at left represent the products used in the revised curriculum where appropriate.

If you are implementing a previous edition of the Michigan Model® curriculum and looking to add or replace materials for that edition, please contact the Center.

How These Spreadsheets Work

When you select a grade level from the list above, you will download a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.  By saving the spreadsheet to your computer you can complete the order and automatically calculate totals including shipping. We suggest you return to this page and download the most current form each time you need to place an order.  This will insure that you have the most up to the minute pricing. 

Please note that the spreadsheet has three sheets in one.  They are layered and viewed by selecting the tabs at the bottom of the window.
You will notice that when you type in an amount in the Order Qty column, the sheet automatically multiplies that quantity by the unit price and posts the amount to the line, and the total at the bottom of the section and/or column. 
 

NOTE: If you do not have Excel, try opening the document from within your spreadsheet program.
