How These Spreadsheets Work

When you select a grade level from the list above, you will download a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.  By saving the spreadsheet to your computer you can complete the order and automatically calculate totals including shipping. We suggest you return to this page and download the most current form each time you need to place an order.  This will insure that you have the most up to the minute pricing. 

Please note that the spreadsheet has three sheets in one.  They are layered and viewed by selecting the tabs at the bottom of the window.
You will notice that when you type in an amount in the Order Qty column, the sheet automatically multiplies that quantity by the unit price, posts the amount to the line, adds the total at the bottom of the section and/or column, calculates shipping costs and includes it in the final total for the order. Completing the form by hand may result in an incorrect final total.
 

NOTE: If you do not have Excel, try opening the document from within your spreadsheet program.
